Works In Progress is having an event in the Black Box Theater on Tuesday, October 10th, 2018, with several amazing writers! I’ll be reading excerpts from my novel, Buy the Ticket, Take the Ride. Come out and show some support to the great writers in our community!

Birds of Prey

Hi everyone, Just found out that my story, Birds of Prey, was accepted with the Carbon Culture Review for publication in the Fall! It’s about hunting falcons trained to attack military drones in an endless American civil war. Also, it took a fair amount of research and hunting birds are really awesome, you guys! Thanks to everyone from Elmaz’s class at Mills who helped workshop this one. I really appreciate it!
